Decent Stay. Disappointing Christmas Dinner
unheated jacuzzi terrible food
The hotel seemed nice. I could not use the pool or the jacuzzi since neither was heated. This was really disappointing. I also paid a lot for Christmas dinner, but the food was terrible. The manager did give us a refund, but it didn't make up for missing Christmas dinner.

slow response time worn equipment
The breakfast was great, with many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was quite dissatisfied with the room service. The response time was slow. My request for extra towels took over an hour to fulfill. the gym equipment was limited. Only ONE treadmill was functional . The other equipment seemed quite worn.

unheated pool inedible dinner
the pool was advertised as heated, it was not. i tried to use the jacuzzi, but that was also unheated. this greatly detracted from the experience, as i was expecting to relax by the water. the christmas gala dinner cost €65, but the food was inedible, with dry turkey medallions and minced ham.

fresh fruit clean room helpful staff
The breakfast included many fresh options, like fruit and cheeses. the rooms were modern. They were also very clean. the staff were always ready to help. I loved that.
The hill to the beach was a bit steep. It can be tiring.
